"On me the chance-discovered sight..."

Several days ago, Mark and I noticed a sparrow hanging about the birdhouse near the garage. Once the sparrow was out of sight, we peeked into the birdhouse to find five tiny speckled eggs. Yesterday, I leaned my head near the birdhouse and was greeted by the muffled chirps and shrieks of hungry baby sparrows.
"On me the chance-discovered sight gleamed like a vision of delight." - The Sparrow's Nest, William Wordsworth
Update: When I returned a few days later to photograph the chicks, I found they had already fledged.
